Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit qualified ERP, SI or solutions channel partners across Malaysia, strengthen market coverage and industry presence.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, terms, and targets in line with company policies.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process: introduce product portfolio, commercial model, policies, and sales processes.
2. Business Planning & Revenue Targets
- Set annual and quarterly sales targets, revenue forecasts, and growth plans for assigned partners.
- Work closely with partners to develop joint business plans, market strategies, and pipeline development roadmaps.
- Track and report on partner performance against KPIs: revenue, number of new customers, deal closure rate, and market share.
