Own and manage relationships with outsourced service providers (BPOs)
Lead governance forums (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews)
Monitor and improve performance across key KPIs (CSAT, SLA, resolution times)
Manage vendor scorecards, performance plans, and escalations
Oversee capacity planning, forecasting, and budgeting
