This intermediate-level professional serves as the primary liaison between Compassion International and local partner organizations, playing a key role in strengthening local ownership and building the capacity and resources of partners to support children and youth within their communities.

The Partnership Facilitator develops and maintains relationships with partners characterized by mutual respect, trust, and collaboration. The role is responsible for managing partnership relationships through established partner management processes, supporting improved program outcomes, and promoting a holistic child development approach across all aspects of the partnership.
