The role involves providing administrative support, managing event budgets, coordinating logistics with vendors, maintaining event databases, and assisting marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing customer events, hospitality, and limited‑scale trade shows leveraging HP’s global sport sponsorship agreements.
• Provide administrative support, including handling inquiries and informing attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors.
• Manage event/project budgets, track expenses, and report financial status.
