Partners in Performance - Performance Strategy Business Analyst

This role is with our Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture.

Partners in Performance is a global management consulting firm focused on human performance. We work alongside client partners to unleash potential and deliver lasting impact, often directly on client sites.

The Business Analyst role is an entry‑level position that will immediately expose you to being the frontline change agent for our clients. You will be the primary source of reliable data and analysis, providing the fact base the improvement team uses to make decisions in real time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of measurable improvements and implement processes and systems that sustain ongoing improvements, especially by supporting prioritization and problem‑solving.
