Partner Level Patent Agent, Electrical - Permanent - 18259 About the Opportunity Our client, a prominent boutique IP Litigation firm, is currently looking to expand its team and services by adding a senior level registered Patent Agent with a background in electrical engineering, computer sciences or software engineering. A book of business is required and Patent Agents working with the senior will also be considered. This opportunity provides a senior or Partner level Patent Agent the ability to continue servicing their clients and grow their practice in a positive, collegial and supportive environment with a very attractive and flexible compensation model.

Responsibilities

Originating drafting, legal opinions, patent prosecution and patent office proceedings

Developing and implementing client’s IP strategies

Providing litigation support as needed

Continued business development efforts
