Job objective
Partner & Head of Corporate Law leads the corporate legal practice of the firm, advising domestic and international clients on the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including company formation, corporate structuring, and legal strategy
- Lead and execute complex corporate transactions such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, spin-offs, restructurings, and capital increases
- Draft, review, and negotiate shareholder agreements, investment contracts, share purchase agreements (SPA), asset purchase agreements (APA), and related legal documentation
