Partner Development Manager – Portuguese Market

We’re looking for a Partner Development Manager to support and scale our Partnerships team. In this role you will build and grow our partner ecosystem in the HR space, identify and onboard new strategic partners, manage the partnership cycle from first contact to onboarding, and act as the key point of contact for our partners and their clients.

What you’ll do

• Search for new potential partners and manage the full partnership cycle, from first contact to onboarding into the partner program.
• Identify and build strong relationships with partners that align strategically with us in the HR space.
• Own strategy and execution for business plans with partners.
