In this role, you will report to the Head of Partner Relations, Learning & Strategic Program Delivery. It’s essential to empower partners and employees, ensuring a culture of respect while boosting retention and development across the region. Collaborating with various departments, you'll implement strategies to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Increase brand awareness within partner communities
• Execute strategic plans and initiatives regionally
• Lead onboarding processes for new partners and employees
• Manage skills development focused on performance enhancement
• Conduct regular audits based on KPIs
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of janitorial industry experience
