Role Overview
The Partner Alliance Manager (PAM) will develop and manage Softchoice’s alliances with a portfolio of partners. This includes strategy, go‑to‑market plans, sales team alignment, enablement planning, and execution to drive revenue generation and partner success. The PAM works closely with cross‑functional teams and serves as the primary interface with partner senior leaders, building trusted business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the execution of revenue‑driving programs and initiatives, evangelising Softchoice’s value proposition to partners.
- Collaborate with sales, services, product management, marketing, and operations to create joint strategy and investment plans for practice development, co‑selling, marketing development funds, and sales enablement.
- Execute plans in supported/targeted regions, developing region‑specific plans, driving partner revenue growth, and delivering customer success.
