As the Partner Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Sage's Value‑Added Reseller (VAR) ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and supporting high‑quality partners. This position blends strategic planning, pipeline generation, program execution, and hands‑on project management.

This is a hybrid office environment, requiring three days each week in either the Toronto or Vancouver office.

Key Responsibilities

  • VAR Recruitment & Pipeline Development
    • Identify, source, and recruit high‑potential VARs aligned to Sage’s target market and growth objectives.
    • Conduct prospecting activities including outbound outreach, industry networking, event representation, and digital campaign collaboration.
    • Manage a structured recruitment pipeline to ensure quality partner candidates and predictable growth.
