Part-Time Psychiatrist at HART Hub Brampton

Join CMHAPeel Dufferin as a part‑time Psychiatrist at the HART Hub Brampton. Provide critical consultation and develop interdisciplinary treatment plans in a collaborative environment. We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist (independent contractor) for a one‑year contract.

You’ll work three days a week—two in-person client clinics and one for team meetings, with some opportunities for hybrid work in the future. Your expertise will enhance support for clients facing mental illness, addiction, and homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Attend client visitation clinics in-person twice a week
• Develop interdisciplinary treatment plans with the client and family
• Provide timely clinical notes for consultations
• Communicate with the multidisciplinary team between visits
• Assist with transitions to primary care and community psychiatrists
