Our client, a renowned organization located in North West part of Toronto, is looking to hire a Part Time Payroll & Benefits Administrator for an initial 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who is semi-retired or someone who is only looking for part time work in Payroll.

THIS IS AN IN OFFICE ROLE

As the Part Time Payroll & Benefits Administrator, your focus will be on day-to-day Payroll Processing for a primarily Ontario based company with employee size up to 1000. You will be working with both hourly and salary employees using ADP WFN and Kronos. In addition, you will help with Benefits Administration for both onboarding of new employees or changes in Benefits to existing employees.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with complex payroll, benefits, and payroll accounting
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation, collective agreements, policies, and procedures
