Organizes all job interviews conducted by the Human Resources Department and schedules appointments.
Responds to applications and forwards them to the HR Director for classification.
For new hires, ensures the following processes are accurately completed by the end of their first working day: start date confirmation, Social Security Institution (SGK) employment notification, employment contract, badge issuance, name tag preparation, medical check-up, departmental briefing, preparation of the personnel form, registration in the Identity Notification System, and notification to the police station.
Responsible for preparing personnel files.
Prepares employee ID and name badges.
Tracks all supplies of the HR office and places orders. Ensures stock control of materials.
