Part-Time Family Practice Provider Vancouver

Vancouver Family Practice Centre offers a part-time position at $750 per clinic session. Engage with a dedicated patient base while enjoying scheduling flexibility and the option for home visits.
Currently, we seek a provider for 2–3 sessions weekly due to maternity leave gaps among partners. The role centers around continuity of care and is designed for one individual completing multiple weekly sessions, but we welcome partial coverage to support patient needs. Each clinic session involves three hours with four patients per hour, accommodating inbox and messages in additional non-clinic time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct three-hour clinic sessions in 15-minute increments
• Manage patient inbox and messages efficiently
• Maintain continuity of care for approximately 700 patients
• Offer home visits and optional substance use care
• Provide palliative care when needed
