Job Overview

The Peace River School Division is seeking a Part‑Time (0.90 f.t.e.) Educational Assistant to serve at Nampa Public School. The position will commence on Aug. 27, 2026 and continue through June 29, 2027. The successful candidate will provide literacy and numeracy interventions for K-6 students and support a grade K-2 classroom.

Nampa Public School is located in the town of Nampa, approximately 450 km northwest of Edmonton, and serves students in grades K-6.

Responsibilities

• Deliver literacy and numeracy interventions to K-6 students.
• Support instructional activities in a grade K-2 classroom.

Qualifications

• Educational Assistant Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience and/or training working with students in a school setting.
• Ability to work with children of varied ages, skill levels, needs and abilities.
