• Respond to customer enquiries across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Shopify, email, and social media channels.
• Maintain a response time of within 24 hours during working days.
• Assist customers with order, delivery, warranty, and product-related enquiries.

• Manage the warranty email inbox and maintain accurate records of customer cases.
• Verify customer orders and warranty eligibility.
