We are seeking a part‑time (32h) Client Advisor for our boutique in Madrid Eci Serrano.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage.
• Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony.
• Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
• Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies.
• Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication.
• Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines.
