Part-Time Community Engagement Coordinator

Shape social innovation efforts with the Institute for Community Prosperity as a part-time Community Program Coordinator. Focus on engaging Gen Z within nonprofit sectors.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this role involves co-leading the 'Plan Z' initiative, which requires effective community engagement and organized project management. You will engage various stakeholders through workshops and research while supporting project communications. This is a part-time role of 21 hours per week through May 31, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops to engage Gen Z participants
• Coordinate all community engagement logistics and communications
• Conduct research through interviews and data collection
• Design and visualize systems maps for insights
• Oversee marketing and knowledge dissemination for the project
