The Legal Associate will be part of the Ocean Winds Headquarters Legal Team, providing broad legal support across the business. The role involves close interaction with Business Development (including M&A, bid structuring, origination and partnerships), as well as Finance, Procurement, IT, BPE, People and Innovation teams.
This is a challenging and highly rewarding role in a fast‑paced international environment, offering exposure to complex transactions and strategic decision‑making at group level.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Legal Associate will be responsible for, among others:
Providing legal support to HQ teams on a regular basis and to country/project level from time to time, including, among others, to BD (including, M&A, bid structuring, origination and partnerships);
