Part‑Time Academic (ENVI 5507: Environmental Informatics) – Fall 2026

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

The sessional instructor will prepare, teach and grade assignments for Environmental Informatics (ENVI 5507) during the Fall 2026 term. This course is offered to approximately 45 students with varying levels of prior exposure to environmental informatics tools and techniques. Students are primarily drawn from the course‑based Master of Resource and Environmental Management program, although other graduate students may also take the course with permission.

The course involves both lecture and computer‑lab learning and is offered through a 1.5‑hour lecture per week (currently scheduled Fridays 2:30‑4) and two 1.5‑hour tutorial sections (currently scheduled for Mondays 11:30‑1, and 1‑2:30).
