About the Role
Regional Crane Rentals Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Part/Shop Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our service shop and parts inventory, which specializes in repairs and maintenance for company-owned heavy trucks and cranes. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, quick learning and an understanding of the heavy truck and crane industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Shop Operations: Oversee daily shop activities and ensure effective and timely service repairs.
- Work Order Management: Maintain and initiate work orders for repairs and track job progress.
- Parts Input and Output – Maintain and update the parts inventory for the internal repair department. Sign in new parts into the system and sign out parts used.
- Record-Keeping: Use company systems to maintain accurate service and compliance records.
