About the Role:
We are looking for a Parloa Developer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered conversational experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working with conversational AI platforms, creating voice and chat automation solutions, and integrating AI agents with external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement conversational flows using the Parloa platform.
- Configure AI agents, including agent tone, skills, prompts, and sub-agent orchestration.
- Define and implement guardrails, business rules, and conversation variables.
- Develop and execute test cases, simulations, and validation scenarios to ensure high-quality user experiences.
- Support integrations between Parloa and external systems through APIs, AWS services, RPA solutions, and other backend technologies.
