About the Role
We are looking for a Parloa Developer to design, build, and optimize AI‑powered conversational experiences. The adecuado candidate will have experience working with conversational AI platforms, creating voice and chat automation solutions, and integrating AI agents with external systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement conversational flows using the Parloa platform.
- Configure AI agents, including agent tone, skills, prompts, and sub‑agent orchestration.
- Define and implement guardrails, business rules, and conversation variables.
- Develop and execute test cases, simulations, and validation scenarios to ensure high‑quality user experiences.
- Support integrations between Parloa and external systems through APIs, AWS services, RPA solutions, and other backend technologies.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into conversational AI solutions.
