• Manage customer and staff inquiries professionally
• Lead operational improvement projects across locations
• Monitor KPIs to uphold service excellence
• Ensure effective staff training and management
• Track incidents and ensure timely communications
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
