Responsibilities

Successful candidate will implement the Parent Mentor Program in collaboration with administration by recruiting, training, and managing the schedules for 8-10 parent mentors. Attend promotional and advocacy events on behalf of the district and the program. Support parent mentors, collaborate with teachers and administrators, maintain files for every parent mentor, attend all local and state level trainings as required, and complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and collaborative
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
