A boutique law firm focused on renewable energy transactions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support its growing practice.
The firm advises developers, lenders, and investment funds on complex deals across renewable energy and related infrastructure assets.
This is a hands‐on role working directly with senior attorneys on active transactions, offering meaningful exposure to high‐quality deal work in a fast‐growing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Support M&A, tax equity, and debt transactions from diligence through closing
Manage transaction checklists, timelines, and closing deliverables
Prepare and organize ancillary documents and closing sets
Conduct lien searches, entity formations, and corporate filings
Assist with diligence review, particularly within renewable energy projects
