Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Paralegal with a strong background in Accident Benefits (SABS). The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing files from intake through to resolution, including settlement.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle Accident Benefits files from start to finish (intake to settlement)
- Prepare and submit OCF forms (OCF-1, OCF-2, OCF-3, OCF-6, OCF-18, etc.)
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, treatment providers, and experts
- Review and organise medical records, clinical notes, and insurer correspondence
- Track and respond to insurer requests under SABS (including s.33 and s.44 requests)
- Monitor deadlines and limitation periods
- Assist with settlement negotiations and preparation of settlement packages
