Paralegal Fund Operations
We are looking for a professional (m, w, d) to fill the following role.
Aufgaben
- Support of the Legal Department team
- Responsible for legal and regulatory matters of Asset Management
- Storage of physical and electronic contracts and maintenance of investment fund databases for contract management
- Administrative activities for the maintenance of investment funds
- Control and Management of fund documentation regarding registrations, tax figures, projects
- Administration of annual reports
- Forwarding of reports to the Senior Management, committees and authorities
- Support and coordination of internal and external stakeholders and service providers
- Co-organisation of the General Secretariat regarding meetings, video conferences, etc.
- Support of group projects of the Legal Department
