Role Overview

McMillan invites you to join as a full‑time intermediate Financial Services Paralegal in our Vancouver‑based Financial Services group. In this role you will support financing transactions and related due diligence work, collaborating with lawyers and other legal professionals across the office to drive files forward with precision, sound judgement, and excellent client service. The position offers a hybrid workweek that combines working from home and from the Vancouver office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct, analyze, and summarize online legal research and due diligence searches using public databases
• Draft and register financing statements, financing change statements, and discharge documentation; review verification statements, post‑registration searches, and notices to debtors as applicable
