Paralegal, Debt Recovery + Foreclosure

Our Edmonton office has an immediate opening for a Paralegal, Debt Recovery and Foreclosure, who will work with a variety of our firm’s team members. You will be responsible for the debt collection for foreclosure enforcement for several clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-sufficient, and has high attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Drafting Civil Claims, Statement of Claims and Originating Applications
• Serving Commencement Documents (via registered mail or arranging process servers)
• Drafting Applications and Orders in foreclosure proceedings
