Paralegal – Corporate, Securities and Board Governance

The Opportunity

Our Corporate, Securities and Finance Law team is seeking to add a Paralegal to our team to provide paralegal support across corporate law, corporate governance and securities law matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with in-house corporate and securities counsel and other members of the legal team to support the delivery of key corporate and securities law functions, including entity management, governance processes, securities law compliance and continuous disclosure obligations. Governance‑related responsibilities, including Board and Committee support and director compensation administration, are integrated into the role as part of the company’s broader corporate governance framework.
