OB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the workflow of panel beating and vehicle repairs, ensuring alignment with the Operations Manager’s expectations.
• Perform panel beating tasks, including reshaping, repairing, and replacing damaged panels to restore vehicles to their original condition.
• Assess and repair structural damage, ensuring proper alignment and adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Restore vehicles to a dent-free state using various techniques, including glue pulling and leveraging, which may require the removal of vehicle lights and interior panels.
• Cut, weld, grind, and smooth metal surfaces to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Fill, sand, and prime damaged areas in preparation for refinishing.
