Job Overview
Under guidance, oversees the day to day operations of a team of Data Collectors in the field.
Essential Functions
- Recruit physicians and other primary healthcare professionals to collect primary data.
- Build long term relationships with physicians and other primary healthcare professionals.
- Complete administrative tasks related to data collection such as time management, reporting etc.
- Provide support and guidance on existing projects and studies for more junior staff, and provide coaching for more junior staff in their roles.
- Act as an ambassador for the company to external contacts including physicians and other stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact internally for physician and healthcare professional queries.
- Monitor key metrics for quality, speed and efficiency to drive internal and external client satisfaction.
