Responsibilities
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, hallways, shelving in Apartment Units.
- Prepare surfaces to be plastered.
- Fill in nicks and cuts in ceilings, walls, and partitions using plaster.
- Repair walls with drywall.
- Sand areas after each coat making drywall paint‑ready.
- Drywall Repairs, Taping and Plastering.
- Drywall installation is considered an asset.
- Framing with metal studs considered an asset.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience.
- Own tools required; they are not supplied.
- Quality and speed are assessed.
- Able to problem solve on‑site and off‑site.
- Ability to follow and complete a daily, weekly & monthly task schedule.
