We wish to employ an experienced Painter to join our Engineering Team to attend to all painting jobs within the Hotels.
General Duties
Painter will be required to attend to all painting jobs within the Hotels.
The ability to stain/paint timber work.
The ability to complete all assigned tasks in a timely, safe and professional manner with minimal disruption to guests and staff.
Report to Maintenance Manager if stock levels are low for all the items required to complete tasks.
Take instructions from General Manager & Maintenance Manager and observing jobs which need to be done and ensuring all bedrooms, corridors, public areas etc are maintained to company and guest standards.
Liaise and assist all departments with regard to painting issues especially housekeeping, reception and food production areas to ensure the timely completion of work and to promote a good working relationship with all concerned.
