Night Shift position with a premium of $2.20.

Job Summary

The Painter Blaster I role is responsible for painting parts for agricultural machinery.

Responsibilities

• Ability to blast and paint all Salford frames and products evenly as per Salford’s quality standards.
• Ability to train other/new employees on proper painting/blasting procedures, including equipment.
• Ensure quality standards are met with all products leaving the paint line.
• Ability to load and unload frames.
• Maintain detailed records pertaining to projects including mil readings, paint consumption, and ambient environment readings.
• Follow all health and safety procedures as outlined in the hourly employee handbook and departmental safety procedures.
• Clean and maintain personal painting, ventilation, blast equipment and personal protective equipment.
