Job Responsibilities
- Creating offline robot programs for download in a robotic production process.
- Coordinate with Regional Paint Engineer study, conduct the trial, evaluate based on safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Support Paint DE group to develop reach studies and cycle time analysis for sealer, UBC, and dampening coat robot processes.
- Support Paint DE group to develop reach studies and cycle time analysis for primer, base, clear, and interior robot processes.
- Lead all meetings with related groups, create documents, and support the plants in the process.
- Travel to the US, Mexico, and Canada to support projects.
- Report to the Digital Engineering Manager.
- Work with minimal direction; previous experience is required.
