- Provide daily support to plant operations such as troubleshooting critical machine breakdowns through root cause problem solving. Assume a support role in the paint, chemical cleaning and silkscreen production operations.
- Specifies and manages the installation and start-up of new equipment and processes. Drives implementation of new projects. Recommends and implements machine enhancements and upgrades to improve machine quality, reliability and efficiency. May be involved in the design, procurement and testing of new equipment and the development of processes and documentation.
- Develops standard operating procedures and best practices on paint processes and trains operators, maintenance technicians and engineers on standards.
