Job Description:Main responsibilities of the position:- Assurance of compliance with paint quality measurables- 95% Quality rate / Good parts at first time- 2.5% Rework- 1.5% Repaint- 1% Scrap- Down time due to scheduled stoppages < 6o min per day- Set Up different lines 1 and 2 of paint- Adherence to Procedures and Work Instructions- Propose continuous improvement actions through the use of Lean tools- Give follow-up and feedback by checkpoint and send feedback- Perform paint inspection after baking- Identify material finish good, scrap, rework- Maintain continuous contact with all areas to propose improvements in the process and quality of painted products using paint quality tools such as:- Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why's, 8 Disciplines looking for root cause, containment and define the contremesures.
