Job Description:
Main responsibilities of the position:
- Assurance of compliance with paint quality measurables
- 95% Quality rate / Good parts at first time
- 2.5% Rework
- 1.5% Repaint
- 1% Scrap
- Down time due to scheduled stoppages < 6o min per day
- Set Up different lines 1 and 2 of paint
- Adherence to Procedures and Work Instructions
- Propose continuous improvement actions through the use of Lean tools
- Give follow-up and feedback by checkpoint and send feedback
- Perform paint inspection after baking
- Identify material finish good, scrap, rework
- Maintain continuous contact with all areas to propose improvements in the process and quality of painted products using paint quality tools such as:
- Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why's, 8 Disciplines looking for root cause, containment and define the contremesures.
- Ensuring compliance with the daily schedule of the painting process.
