Paint Coordinator (Monterrey)

Responsibilities

• Assurance of compliance with paint quality measurables
• 95% Quality rate / Good parts at first time
• 2.5% Rework
• 1.5% Repaint
• 1% Scrap
• Down time due to scheduled stoppages < 6o min per day
• Set Up different lines 1 and 2 of paint
• Adherence to Procedures and Work Instructions
• Propose continuous improvement actions through the use of Lean tools
• Give follow-up and feedback by checkpoint and send feedback
• Perform paint inspection after baking
• Identify material finish good, scrap, rework
• Maintain continuous contact with all areas to propose improvements in the process and quality of painted products using paint quality tools such as: Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why's, 8 Disciplines looking for root cause, containment and define the contremesures.
• Ensuring compliance with the daily schedule of the painting process
