Paint Cell Leader - Afternoon Shift

We are seeking a Paint Cell Leader for the afternoon shift. The successful applicant will assist the Shift Supervisor with the smooth operation of the paint lines, including starting and running the lines, training and documenting training, continuous improvement efforts, and fostering communication between all team members of the cell as well as various other duties. The backup Paint Cell Leader must ensure the safety of all paint products and cell members and promote pride of workmanship and a positive team approach through leadership by example. Paint Cell Leaders may be required to perform Paint Operator duties upon request.
