MaaS by CODESM is seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns that drive qualified leads, conversions, and revenue for a diverse portfolio of clients.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, and stays ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Develop, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test ad copy, creatives, and landing page recommendations to improve conversion rates.
