About The Role
We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Paid Media Manager to join our Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Key areas of focus include the ideation and execution of a structured experimentation roadmap—utilizing A/B testing and incrementality studies to identify growth levers—and the development of a performance-led creative strategy, where you will translate data insights into actionable guidance for asset production. Furthermore, you will apply high-level analytical thinking to monitor the full conversion funnel, managing budgets with precision to optimize for CAC and LTV, ultimately ensuring that our media investment is deployed with maximum technical precision and strategic intent.
