THE ROLE
As a member of the Paid Marketing team, you will be involved in the marketing of some of the most exciting live events across Canada. The Paid Media Coordinator works closely with the Paid Marketing team to execute paid marketing campaigns, including tracking media plans, managing advertising creative, and supporting invoicing.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Support the Paid Marketing team in the execution of paid and traditional media planning and booking
- Manage key organizational tools used by the Paid Marketing team, including ad calendars, task trackers, planning software, and project‑management platforms
- Create, audit, and code invoices, and compile them into marketing summary packages
- Manage and coordinate creative files across digital and traditional media
