Packing Operations Lead — 4x4 Shift

Packing Supervisor – LEGO Operaciones de México

Location: Cienega de Flores, NL. Shift: 4x4 (6:00am–6:00pm and 6:00pm–6:00am). 2 open roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a full group of operators and ensure KPIs of the area are met.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (Product safety, QA Handbook, IMS).
• Promote and enforce security tools (Proactive safety, risk place assessment, process confirmation, LOTO).
• Maintain production plan fulfillment, maximizing and optimizing resources and producing in sequence.
• Execute training plans and ensure staff development.
• Follow up on and meet area KPI targets.
• Participate in the deployment of business strategy within the group.
• Execute HR processes (IDP, Merit, PRP).
• Create a work environment based on the principles and values of the organization (PULSE).
• Support continuous improvement programs using LCI tools.
