Position: Inspector Packer I – 2nd SHIFT
Location: Huntley (F135 Main – 11320 E. Main Street, Huntley, IL 60142)
Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM (Monday - Thursday)
Pay Rate: $19.32/Hour plus $1.25 Shift Differential
Summary Description: The Weekend Packer / Inspector is responsible for inspecting and packaging thermoformed product to ensure finished goods meet customer specifications and quality requirements while maintaining safe and efficient production flow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Remove completed thermoformed sheets from machines
- Visually inspect thermoformed sheets for defects
- Remove and segregate non-conforming product according to inspection control plans
- Report non-conforming parts to the machine operator
- Assemble cardboard cartons
- Remove individual parts and stack according to job specifications
