Responsibilities

• Collect and organize items or materials to be bundled based on production or shipping requirements.
• Tie, wrap, strap, or package products using hand tools, machines, or binding equipment.
• Inspect items for damage or defects before bundling and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Label and tag bundles with identification, destination, or inventory information.
• Follow packaging specifications and work orders accurately.
• Ensure all bundles are securely packed and meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bundling area.
• Support production and shipping teams in meeting daily output goals.
• Adhere to workplace safety and quality control procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging role is a plus.
