Responsibilities
- Packaging Products: Wrap, box, and secure products in appropriate materials (such as cardboard, plastic, or bubble wrap) to prevent damage during transit.
- Labeling: Apply accurate labels to packages, including shipping information, handling instructions, and product details.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for any defects or damages before packaging and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Assist with organizing inventory, counting stock, and keeping track of packed items.
- Work Environment Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean and organized to ensure a safe, efficient workspace.
- Shipping Preparation: Prepare packages for shipping by arranging them in the proper order or placing them on pallets for delivery.
- Adhering to Safety Guidelines: Follow company safety procedures, such as using personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques.
